The Consolata Language Centre was founded by the Institute of the Consolata Missionaries to meet the growing need for high‑quality, culturally immersive language education in East and Central Africa. Situated on Seminary Road, Nairobi, the Centre officially opened on January 14, 2010, and has since become a trusted hub for learners from diverse backgrounds .

Languages & Programmes
We offer courses in English, Kiswahili, Italian, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese, and German—each structured across six proficiency levels from beginner to advanced. Specialized offerings include pre-university English and exam preparation for IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, SAT, GMAT, and PITMAN .
Facilities & Learning Support
Our modern facility includes:
- A fully equipped amphitheatre seating 300, with multimedia, internet, and videoconference capabilities
- Small classrooms (14 students max), a digital and multimedia language library, and a dedicated language lab
- 24‑hour computer booths with licensed learning software
Free student amenities include tea/coffee, access to language learning booths, internet connectivity, multimedia resources, and tutor-led grammar, reading, writing, listening, and speaking practice sessions .
Cultural Immersion & Extra Services
We facilitate cultural immersion through excursions, cultural days, public lectures, and a “Know Your Host Country” program—helping students deepen their understanding of Kenyan and East African culture .
Additional services offered at a fee include translation and interpretation, proofreading, cultural orientation, and venue hire (amphitheatre). We also provide ICT training and e‑learning options for children and adults .
