Consolata International University recently concluded a hands on professional development workshop bringing together faculty and staff for an intensive session on Artificial Intelligence literacy and Competency Based Education (CBE) integration.

Held in partnership with Tenda Tech Hub, the workshop equipped participants with practical skills for embedding AI tools into teaching and curriculum design. Sessions covered prompt engineering, AI-assisted lesson planning, and how to adapt CBE frameworks to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving digital workforce.

The training drew attendees from across departments, reflecting the university's commitment to staying at the forefront of modern education. Participants left with actionable strategies for incorporating AI responsibly in their classrooms and a deeper understanding of how competency based approaches can improve student outcomes.
